Negligent driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs voids the insurance coverage
Maximum Rental
Rental must finish before customer has been in Costa Rica for 3 months. Proof of entry is required at time of rental
Child Seats
Children under the age of 4 are required to travel in child seats
Insurance Requirements
If renter cannot present proof of insurance in Costa Rica at time of rental, renter may be required to purchase liability insurance as a condition of rental

Cancellation Policy
Renter can cancel at anytime prior to scheduled reservation date. On no-show, the first day of rental will be charged to client's credit card.

Shuttle service provided from San Jose's International Airport. Agent will be waiting for customer outside the main terminal
